• The most overlooked and yet primary human energetic system, unconscious breathing is the norm around the world. Just because you breath automatically it doesn’t mean you’re breathing consciously. Following the breath, completely, through the inhale and exhale with your full attention is rare for most. It is because we are breathing unconscious that there is a low quality stimulus on our body-mind. Just follow your breath and see.
• Medical science proves that conscious diaphragmic breathing activates the para- sympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), switching from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). This is a tremendous innate power of well-being that ironically for most is either not known or regulated as less vital as exercise, nutrition, supplements and etc despite the science explaining the profound benefits. Through conscious breathing you can flip a switch within your body and change your state more effective and direct than anything else.
