
• If you are eating consciously you will automatically know what, when and how to eat food enjoyably and efficiently without further complications.
• To eat consciously you are a completely active participant in in refueling your body vessel for life. You feel and enjoy deeply the energy conversion of food into becoming apart of this body and also becoming you. Conscious eating is highly receptive way of looking, gentle slow chewing and feeling the food pass through and become the body. It is through this that you get feedback from the body on your selected source, helpful or hindrance? The same way you would not let a violent person into your home to wreck havoc, eating consciously is the same from within. Would you keep eating something if you knew it’s making you sick, feel heavy and experience less energy overall? Unconscious eating provides little to no feedback so how could you adapt or know whether this food is truly serving you?
• Psychological (conditioned) hunger is the norm for most, at the mercy of your mind on taking over – when, what and how you eat. Honoring and knowing true hunger ques within yourself is when to eat. This can only be felt in the belly – body as a humble sensation to satiate. The difference is psychological hunger feeds your mind with the general disregard for the entire body and true hunger comes from the body to feed the entire body (including the mind).
