Information and content about health has been consistently changing and will continue to do so. While such content serves a purpose we are missing the point when it comes to health and simply more information alone will not transmute a global pandemic (written prior CO-VID19) – nor will it do much to transform your own health.
Health is complex to intellectualize and has various personal interpretations however we can see health as the organizing energy that operates the mind and body through consciousness.
Modern health and fitness operates primarily on mind and body almost completely disregarding the universal intelligence of our consciousness, this is why most of us feel that our health is beyond us.

Through some learning, introspecting and practice we start to peel away at the elements that our health comprises of. Such energy systems as: Movement, Nutrition/Eating, Rest & Recovery, Environmental (light-thermogenesis) , Mental-Emotional Patterns and Breath-Oxygen. There are toxic elements that block or our drain energy essentially self-sabotage and there are structural stresses, although challenging, that stimulate evolutionary development through activating states of hormesis, autophagy and healing.
Meta is not for anyone seeking only physical change. Only for those whom are willing to face their highest holistic health vitality. This has no final destination but rather guides you to engage your intuitive power with the utmost responsibility and be autonomous in your health thereon. This responsibility is not akin to a burden of a role or job rather so is a measure of your response (sense) ability (potential). The more you can sense through direct intuition the higher your potential to be well. After all the original meaning of health is to be whole in mind – body through consciousness.
