State of Consciousness

State of Consciousness: Mental-emotional O/S (Operating System): The way you are experiencing life

• Your state of consciousness and your state of health are directly connected and essentially the same. Health is to be whole in body, mind, and spirit (universal intelligence). Addressing health secularly as a regular modality misses the point. The body or mind alone can be used as avenues or portals into health focus. However if you have low inner body awareness or a heavy mental-emotional state the only override back to union is the underlying intuition within you, the same overlooked intuition that lead to low inner body awareness and a dysfunctional O/S. Occasionally it is the collapse or increased pain and suffering of the body or mind the gives way for intuition, however this is retroactive and is not guaranteed to occur as a natural re-balancing.

• One’s state of consciousness cannot be truly measured or gauged externally but can be directly sensed. The subliminal mental commentary playing in the background, accompanied by spectrum’s of emotion, arise within our state of consciousness, the most important question is how aware are you of this? The types of thoughts and emotions can vary drastically and the only main aspect that holds you steady in the sea of mental-emotional cyclones is the eye of the storm, the center point from above the cyclone, the still observer. The very nature of observing your thoughts and emotions is the breaking off from believing you are them, from which you see and experience them come and pass but do less to self-identify with or gain a sense of self-worth. A sense of I am (insert any adjective) whether positive or negative is ultimately arbitrary, a self-imposed limitation and ultimately not true. So why do we believe it? An unconscious limited sense of self is a primary self-sabotaging energy pattern that requires vigilant attention for true health and pure potentiality.

• Being the observer of your mental-emotional waves is powerful beyond measure. Physicists call this the observer effect, the mere observation of a phenomenon inevitably changes the phenomenon. How this change occurs cannot be quantified by physicist’s however the same principal applies when you dis-identify with your thoughts you can observe them directly and from that you know that such thoughts are like waves or vibrations that come and go, change in form, and essentially are not whom you are. Dysfunctional mental-emotional patterns can not live for long if you don’t self-identify with them.
