To the little child within that rarely felt they are enough
Living in the limited sense of self – plagued with seemingly limitless pain and suffering
I write to you from within not as another person but as you from the other side of awareness
To remind you of what is already within you unrealized
The infinite power of vitality and human well-being you seek is no external exhibition
But a valley of insight that can only be felt from the source of you being
Listen with stillness to your belly and you will know what is true
Listen with a full mind and you will know confusion
