Accredited Wellness and Fitness professional with academic background in (BA) International Studies. With over 15 years of diverse experience in the professional fitness industry, 6 years of professional Wellness Coaching and a life-long experiment of self-health practice.

Education aside the direct experience Sash embodies across a multitude of health fundamentals, from psychological and physiological well-being, which can serve as an intuitive edge for many. Having a knack in recognizing patterns relating to well-being, identifying areas that require synergetic attention and helping to simplify the process where you become in charge of well-being with greater depth.

Severe episodes of depression, chronic neurotic anxiety, chronic insomnia, learning & breathing difficulties and chronic pain was ‘normal’ from early childhood. By the adolescent years he was an extreme fitness enthusiast immersed in a multitude of movement practices (professional soccer, running, strength training, power lifting, MMA) and other high risk activities to over-compensate for feeling so low in the periods prior. The high octane fitness lifestyle crashed by early 20’s with over 3 years of digestive complications (IBS or so they say without actually knowing), chronic fatigue, insomnia, chronic back & joint pain (more acutely than before) and a new critical level of mental-emotional turbulence.

Fostering various attempts to escape that almost consistent level malaise drew many negative spirals and insights for Sash. The dream of becoming a professional athlete did not happen to plan. But he did become more experientially equipped with the holistic pillars of health. Although unknown at that time, he learnt more about his true health and wellbeing than he could comprehend intellectually speaking. It’s ironic that deeper health and well-being was never his primary goals and yet that was precisely what needed to be addressed firstly for basic balance in life to flow. In turn, becoming a professional athlete or any other goal was more likely to be realized with a grounded foundation in holistic well-being as our starting baseline.

Seeing clearly for himself the wild goose chase that he and many of us find ourselves in, conversely made him realize that even his early goals (fat-loss, fitness, becoming an athlete) were a distortion of what he really wanted. That was and still is to explore and embody the essential source of being-whole and authentically myself. A state whereby mentally, emotional, physically and spiritually we are one, fulfilled within our own innate primordial sense of aliveness. So that we embody our higher potentiality for life consistently and unwaveringly, not for a one-off event or any particular achievement.

“Once we reach a critical level of suffering (mental-emotional and physical) we might realize that all we really want or wanted is inner peace and vitality, we might also realize how we’ve created our own suffering. But it’s a dangerous road as such realizations are much less common to than those whom continue suffering with added vices and dysfunctional behavior towards ourselves, family, community and greater society.”

The following years have been a deep devotion to introspective and multi-disciplinary learning and practices related to ‘holistic health’ ranging in categories as: Anthropology, Philosophy, History, Medicine, Sport, Nutrition, Psychology, Physiology (rehabilitation), Quantum Science, Spirituality, Natural Movement, Meditation, Bio-hacking, Nature, Ethnobotany, Psychedelic-therapy, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Shamanic traditions, Indigenous traditions and more.

In sharing a fundamental and practical approach to holistic health that can be meaningful with higher resonance, increases direct momentum that can be gained towards intrinsic vitality. As his own journey has been and can still be quite unorthodox. He finds that for many that struggle to understand or benefit from the conventional approach to better health, that they could potentially benefit from a non-conventional intuitive holistic way.
